RLSS UK’s Rookie Lifeguard programme provides varied lifesaving and rescue activities. Built into the programme are lessons in valuable survival, rescue and sports skills all delivered in an exciting way that will get children involved and motivated.
Children must be able to swim a minimum of 3 lengths of front crawl, backstroke and breaststroke.
Dates & Payments
IF YOU ARE JOINING THE COURSE MID-COURSE, THEN ADDING THE PACKAGE TO YOUR CART SHOULD PRESENT YOU WTIH A DISCOUNTED PRICE.
Lessons will be charged at £9.00 now per child per 45-minute session. This is a 5-week block of sessions so the final price will be £45.00.

Awards
Swimmers will follow a medals system as they progress through their groups. Medals will be presented to swimmers following successful completion of the appropriate benchmark.
